The event will take place at The Raquet Club of Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 6 from 12PM – 1:30PM.
Topics will include the improvements in the housing and commercial real estate markets in 2015, the pressing issues facing the U.S. real estate markets, and panelist’s views on investment strategies in the real estate sector.
Ellis brings more than 19 years experience in commercial real estate. He is a founder of Rockford Capital Partners, a private real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, repositioning and management of small to mid-size commercial real estate assets throughout the eastern US. He is also a Principal at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in the Mid-Atlantic Commercial property markets. He will join two other panelists at this event – Jamie Biddle, Partner and CEO of Verdis Investment Management, and Geoffrey Gardner, Partner & CEO of Patriot Equities.
