Michael Willey and Vincent White represented the seller, Wilmington Senior Center, Inc., in the sale of an 8,500 sq. ft. mixed use building at 1909 N Market Street in Wilmington, DE. Tony Bariglio represented the buyer, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Faith Chapel, Inc., in this purchase.

Greg Ellis, CCIM and Michael Willey represented the tenant, Paws for People, in the lease of a 3,920 sq. ft. office space at 703 Dawson Drive.

Rich Dudek  and Chris Moore represented the landlord, III Vineyard Way, LLC, in the lease of a 2,558 sq. ft. retail space at 401 Vineyard Way in West Grove, PA.
