Chris Moore represented both the tenant, Owen Steel Company, Inc., and the Landlord, Bensalem III Industries, LLC, in the lease of 6.5 AC at 601 Garasches Lane in Wilmington, DE. The tenant is a Columbia, SC based company that fabricates structural steel for structures including office towers, sport/entertainment centers, retail centers, museums, bridges, and hospitals. Local projects include the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and Temple University.
