WILMINGTON, DE – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International kept up the momentum in April selling a total of 13,936 SF and leasing a total of 31,130 SF.
Tony Bariglio and Joe Latina both facilitated transactions over $1 million dollars this month. Bariglio represented both the landlord, World Revivals, Inc., and the tenant, Delaware Design-Lab High School, in the lease of a 28,000 SF building at 181 Stanton Christiana Road in Newark, DE. The tenant, a K-12 non-profit charter school, will move in July 2015, and plans to open in August 2015 at the start of the school year.
Joe Latina represented the owner, Captain’s Table Limited, in the sale of a 5,400 SF restaurant and 6,912 SF adjacent space at 20859 Coastal Highway in Lewes, DE for 1.9 million dollars. A 1,758 SF space at 145 E Main Street in Newark, DE. Bariglio represented both the Landlord, Hessler Properties, Inc., and the tenant, Griffith Family, LLC., in this transaction. The tenant plans to open a made-to-order donut shop, “Duck Donuts,” a concept that originated in the Outer Banks in North Carolina, and has successfully been implemented at locations in New Jersey and Virginia.
A 1,372 SF office space at 1306 N Broom St, Ste 1, in Wilmington, DE. Chris Moore represented the Landlord, 1306 N Broom St, LLC, and John Osborn represented the tenant, Devlin Law Firm, LLC, a firm that specializes in patent litigation.
A 1,624 SF office space at 5153 W Woodmill Drive in Wilmington, DE. Rich Dudek represented the buyers, Clifton and Carol Hunt, in the $194,900 sale.
