CORFAC is pleased to announce CSA Realty Group/CORFAC International in Austin, Texas, is the newest affiliate to join our growing global network. CSA Realty is the fourth firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2020’s momentum of adding four new firms to the network.

Founded in 1987 by veteran broker Juan Creixell and a partner, Juan’s son Andrew Creixell, CCIM, SIOR, joined CSA Realty in 1999. The following year the Creixells bought out the partner to gain full ownership of CSA.
With an extensive history of serving clients in the Central Texas market, CSA has weathered many economic storms and continues to grow. The firm’s 8 full-time brokers specialize in industrial, office and retail brokerage as well as investment and property management. “We take pride in being the best prepared and most knowledgeable brokers in the market,” said CSA Principal Andrew Creixell.
“We believe that CORFAC will bring us the vehicle to represent our clients nationwide and that we will be the right group to assist other CORFAC firms with deals here in Central Texas,” Creixell added. “As new members of the network, we are excited to share best practices and learn from some of the best brokers in the business.”
Over the years, CSA has won many awards for their dedication to Austin and the local commercial real estate community, including a deal of the year award for the redevelopment of Austin’s infamous Cinema West Theater on South Congress into high-tech office space.
The firm is also active in both SIOR and CCIM, with Andrew Creixell currently serving as Vice President of Austin’s SIOR Chapter.
