Wilmington, DE (June 13, 2018) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market, today announced the completion of a 43,625-square foot industrial lease on behalf of FS.com at 300 Centerpoint Boulevard in New Castle, DE.

FS.com is a leading communications systems integrator and optical solutions provider based in Renton, Washington. The company will occupy office and warehouse space in the 119,890-square foot building, which is owned by Centerpoint 300, LLC. This is their first location on the east coast.

Greg Ellis, CCIM, Principal at Patterson-Woods, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. He was referred to FS.com by Arne Svendsen of The Andover Company, Inc., a brokerage in Renton, Washington. The brokerages connected due to their memberships with CORFAC International, an organization comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms in 73 markets nationally and internationally.

"The ideal location, ceiling heights and flexibility and responsiveness of the landlord, McConnell Development Inc., made this a desirable choice for the tenant," said Ellis. "We evaluated many options in the area and determined 300 Centerpoint provided the best solution for the needs of this company."

300 Centerpoint Boulevard is part of a larger warehouse/industrial park, Centerpoint Industrial Complex. It is convenient to the New Castle County Airport, I-95, and Routes 13 and 273.
