Happy Holidays from Patterson-Woods

We would like to wish our colleagues, clients, friends and family a happy and joyous holiday season and to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you for your continued support. We hope that your holidays will be filled with happiness, health and prosperity now and throughout the New Year.

We had a great time last week at ICSC: Here We Go in Las Vegas. Joseph Latina and Tyler Foresta represented Patterson-Woods at the event, joining several other brokers from CORFAC International member firms from around the country. We are looking forward to an even larger ICSC conference next Spring!

We are very grateful for the continued support of our friends, clients, and community. All of us at Patterson-Woods extend many warm wishes to each of you for a wonderful Thanksgiving and a joyful holiday season.

Patterson-Woods is once again participating in the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club Thanksgiving Food Drive! Each year, the Caesar Rodney Rotary Basket Brigade collects food and frozen turkeys and delivers them to families in need throughout the community for Thanksgiving.

We are collecting canned food or monetary donations at our Greenville office throughout the month of November. Please see the flyer below for requested items.

CORFAC is pleased to announce Tenant Advisors, Inc./CORFAC International in Schaumburg, Illinois, is the newest affiliate to join our growing global network. Tenant Advisors is the fifth firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2020’s momentum of adding four new firms to the network.  

“It’s my pleasure to welcome our newest member Tenant Advisors to CORFAC,” said President Joe Latina of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International in Wilmington, Delaware. “Tenant Advisors brings an exceptional level of service and office tenant representation experience to the network. We are thrilled to have them on board and look forward to doing business together,” Latina added.

Founded by Partners Tom Koelzer and Dave Ven Horst, Tenant Advisors specializes exclusively in office tenant representation in the Chicago downtown and suburban submarkets. The two have more than 64 years of combined experience in commercial real estate with more than 1,300 closed lease and sales transactions. 

“We joined CORFAC International for access to top-notch commercial real estate tools, national and international providers, business networking, and industry events,” Koelzer said. 

Tenant Advisors has six full-time agents and is one of the most active exclusive tenant representation firms by deal volume in the Chicago suburban market. “Tenant Advisors gives Chicago-area office tenants a powerful advocate and a voice during lease negotiations through expert representation and unparalleled industry knowledge,” said Ven Horst. 

Koelzer attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Ven Horst attended the University of Illinois and graduated with a degree in Accountancy and received his CPA designation. Both have been working in commercial real estate since 1986 prior to founding Tenant Advisors in 2004.

Patterson-Woods Principals, Joseph Latina, Greg Ellis, CCIM, and Bart Mackey, and associates Tyler Foresta and Kyle McLaughlin, recently traveled to Chicago, Illinois for the CORFAC International Fall Summit.

The four-day event included educational sessions focusing on the global real estate market, deal-making sessions, and networking opportunities with other member firms.
