Wilmington, DE (February 28, 2016) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International President Duncan Patterson, CCIM, and Principal Joseph Latina, recently attended the CORFAC International 2016 Spring Summit in San Diego, California.
CORFAC, a global company comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in real estate leasing, investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and corporate services, organizes a Fall and Spring Summit annually. The summit took place from February 22 through February 25 and hosted both domestic and international members of the organization.
The summit covered topics including business and real estate trends, best practices in technology, and deal making sessions. Patterson-Woods has been a member of CORFAC for 15 years. Latina is currently a member of the CORFAC Executive Committee.
