In the lease of a 2,000 sq. ft. space at 13 King Court, he represented the Landlord, GCTA Properties, LLC.
Vincent White represented both the Landlord, Knotts Property Management, LLC, and the Tenant, Sanchase Group LLC, in the lease of a 3,300 SF garage at 2100 Northeast Boulevard in Wilmington, DE.

Joe Latina and Mary Ann Heesters represented the Tenant, 2SP, LLC, in the lease of a 3,200 sq. ft. retail space in Lantana Shopping Center in Hockessin, DE. The tenant, known as Two Stones Pub, will be opening after space renovation. This will be the third location for Two Stones, with their first and second in Newark and Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
