Rich Dudek represented the landlord, Newark Development Group, LLC, in the lease of a 1,500 SF office space at 284 East Main Street in Newark, DE. The tenant, Exodus Escape Room, will offer interactive, 60-minute action packed “escape” rooms, with themes like “Sherlock’s Study,” “Trap Room,” and “Masquerade Mayhem.”
Chris Moore represented the seller, Servco, Inc. c/o Citizens Bank, N.A., in the sale of a 2,298 office space at 1401 Foulk Road. This was the last remaining space available in North Wilmington’s Foulkstone Medical Plaza.
