Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Principal to Speak at University of Delaware Institute for Public Administration Workshop

Wilmington, DE (November 6, 2014) – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International Principal Greg Ellis, CCIM, has been invited to be a panelist at a University of Delaware Institute for Public Administrative Workshop on Friday, November 21, 2014.

Ellis, who has worked on several redevelopment projects during his nineteen years in commercial real estate, will join two other local panelists to discuss "market-ready" redevelopment, transportation improvement districts, and downtown development districts.

The Workshop will be held at the UD Paradee Center at 69 Transportation Circle in Dover, DE from 9 AM to 12 PM. Registration is due November 14 with a fee of $40.
